What I Do

I am a seasoned professional with skills in coaching, counseling and well-being consultation. To some degree, these roles are all organized around a positive relationship experience that increases awareness of choices that lead to change.

Coaching is a goal-oriented, strengths-based process, counseling usually addresses the reduction of uncomfortable psychological states, such as anxiety and depression and well being consultation often involves identifying individual, team, or group workplace functioning problems and providing strategy and education that strengthen effectiveness. Sometimes the most powerful approach may include all three elements. As a licensed psychotherapist and trained coach who loves to teach, my skills can be flexibly and artfully applied according to your needs.

Methods

Individual, family and group sessions in my office, online and phone consultation when appropriate. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Oregon and California and accept insurance reimbursement for services if applicable.
